Green Action Promotion
Congratulations to B.M. Harrison of Geraldton, who will take home a range of green action products from Bunnings.
Everyone who shopped at Bunnings in the two weeks running up to Christmas would have noticed signs all over the store saying “Green Action Product”, showing the types of products that are environmentally-friendly.
The products ranged from light globes to water efficient fittings; to compost bins and worm farms, from irrigation timers to natural detergents.
The Green Action Promotion was a collaboration between Bunnings and the NACC , the Northern Agricultural Catchments Council, which is the peak body for the environment and natural resource management in the region.
The promotion was to raise awareness in the community about thinking about energy efficient and environmentally friendly choices when buying things for around the home.
